Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, seeks STEP Associate for a 12-month rotational program in Omaha, NE. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales tracks while gaining hands-on experience across operations, sales, procurement, project management, and e-commerce.

The program includes on-the-job training, e-learning, mentorship, and residency trips, with opportunities to present strategic initiatives to our Executive Leadership at the end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales tracks.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA operating company philosophy.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a ( 12-Month ) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
