Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the seasonal employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Support recruiting by attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent.
• Utilize ATS and Google Suite to keep candidate pipelines organized.
• Develop curricula, tutorials, and activities for camps, courses, and programs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and timely completion.
