Responsibilities

Involved in all stages of seasonal employee life cycle including interviewing, onboarding and training
Support recruiting by finding, attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent
Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized
Oversee, research, and develop program curricula and activities for camps, courses, and programs
Join Directors and Managers to develop, launch, and execute summer and school-year offerings
Develop and maintain relationships with partner schools
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staff management, and program support across locations
Ensure camp locations maintain high program standards and engaging experiences
Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback
