Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group, the U.S. division of SThree, is hiring a Sales & Recruitment Consultant for our Boston office. You will build relationships with innovative organizations and connect top STEM talent to career-defining opportunities, owning your market and developing a specialist network of professionals.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, grow client partnerships, and strengthen your commercial skills through our award-winning training program and meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer-facing, or relationship management roles.
• Experience generating business opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship building.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve goals, deadlines, or performance metrics.
