Rochester Institute of Technology is seeking a Student Engagement Coordinator to support Army STEM Internships and Fellowships. The role serves as a primary interface between participants and the RIT office, handling inquiries, logistics, and event coordination across hybrid/on-site settings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong written and verbal communication, organization, and data skills for program management and outreach

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and data management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes program visibility by developing informational materials and attending outreach events.
• Coordinates campus publicity via social media, emails, and flyers; maintains event calendars.
• Supports Army STEM Internships and Fellowships activities and logistics, including speaker series and workshops.
• Manages LMS enrollments, tracks participant progress, and reviews assignments.
• Completes data collection and reporting per university, state, and federal requirements; supports special projects.
