Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking an Academic Support Coordinator II to support iSTEM initiatives (EXCEL/COMPASS). You will coordinate undergraduate student programs, provide specialized advising, track progression, and assist with data collection and outcomes assessment.

Responsibilities include TA scheduling, tutoring coordination, and student record maintenance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years in academic advising or related roles.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage EXCEL/COMPASS and STEM undergraduate student programs.
• Provide specialized advising, progression tracking, and data collection/assessment support.
• Assist with scheduling graduate teaching assistants and student tutors; maintain tracking systems.
• Support program recruitment activities and communications with University partners.
