Job summary

Talentify seeks a Program Assistant to support the STARBASE program in Louisiana. You will provide administrative, instructional, and technical assistance to staff and students, preparing materials and equipment for daily lessons and helping with events and outreach.

You will assist with inventory, training records, and ensure a safe, organized learning environment while collaborating with instructors and leadership to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technologies.
• Ability to use computer systems to access, manage, and report data; troubleshoot hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional materials, supplies, and equipment for daily lessons.
• Assist with graduation preparation, school visits, outreach events, and summer camps.
• Support STEM instruction and technology, including Advanced and supplemental programming.
