Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Baton Rouge seeks an Assistant Campus Coordinator for after-school and summer programs. This 0.6-time, 24-hour weekly role supports the Campus Coordinator with daily operations, paperwork, and program delivery.

You will substitute in classrooms, train staff, and help implement curriculum while modeling core virtues. CPR/First Aid certification is required after hire, and fingerprint checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure high quality after-school and summer programs.
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks: paperwork, supplies, curriculum prep, staff training, marketing.
• Substitute in classroom as needed and act on behalf of Campus Coordinator in their absence.
• Attend meetings at home office and other local locations.
• Travel locally to academies within the Baton Rouge area.
