About the Role We deliver theatrical, hands-on STEM programs to elementary students across the DMV. We supply full curriculum, lab gear, and step-by-step training. You supply high-voltage energy, strict classroom management, and total reliability.

• Perform & Teach: Lead high-energy, interactive science workshops and demonstrations for elementary school-aged children.

• Pick up: workshop equipment from our storage unit in McLean, VA.

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Group Management Experience: Minimum 1 year managing groups of 10+ elementary kids simultaneously (e.g., classroom, theater, camp counseling, youth athletics).
• Reliable Personal Vehicle: Must own a reliable car to haul equipment kits to event sites.
• Punctuality & Communication: Track record of arriving early and responding to schedule confirmations within 24 hours.
• Background Clearance: Must clear state and federal criminal background checks.
