Job summary

The California State University Bakersfield Auxiliary for Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) seeks a Project & Outreach Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and evaluate grant-funded STEM outreach initiatives in collaboration with K-12 districts, community colleges, and industry partners.

Under the Director of Grants and Outreach, you will expand STEM pathways, manage outreach events, and report on program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as specified in the posting, with ability to manage multiple grants and outreach programs.
• Experience coordinating events and partnerships with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate STEM outreach events serving K-12 students, community college students, teachers, families, and community partners.
• Coordinate STEM career exploration activities and partner outreach events.
• Develop outreach materials and communication strategies; ensure accuracy of published information.
