Responsibilities
- Develop discipline-based tutoring curriculum, practice problems and workshops for STEM courses.
- Hire and supervise peer tutors; plan weekly tutor meetings.
- Develop tutor training and professional development materials.
- Collaborate with faculty to align tutoring with ASLC goals.
- Maintain records on tutoring activities, student experiences and programs; assess impact.
