Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is seeking a Co-Site Coordinator (STEM Lead) to lead STEM and enrichment activities for youth ages 6–18. You will plan, implement, and monitor high-yield educational programs and collaborate with staff to ensure program quality.

The role emphasizes safe environments, youth development, and alignment with grant objectives, with after-school hours and occasional evenings/weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus background screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of youth development principles and safe programming.
• Ability to engage diverse youth and promote positive behaviors.
• Experience planning and implementing educational STEM activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver STEM and academic enrichment activities for members aged 6–18.
• Develop and implement programs aligned with 21st CCLC goals.
• Collaborate with staff to schedule and run field trips, guest speakers and events.
• Monitor student progress and maintain educational data.
• Provide guidance and discipline to maintain a safe, positive environment.
