The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8–12+ years of related project management experience. Strong knowledge of federal contracting is essential, along with expertise in STEM outreach activities. The role is based in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of ONR’s internship and outreach programs.
• Oversee end-to-end management of internship programs.
• Direct development and execution of STEM outreach initiatives.
• Manage program websites and application portals.
• Implement systems for financial accuracy and budget tracking.
• Serve as primary liaison to ONR Contracting Officer.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to meet contract deliverables.
