Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager to lead on-site contractor staff supporting ONR programs within the Naval Research Enterprise. You will oversee a team of 10+ personnel, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure delivery aligned with ONR rules and mission priorities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of management experience in S&T/R&D contexts, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of DoD/DoN-related program management experience.
• Experience leading on-site contractor teams of 10+ personnel.
• Strong leadership and communication in government environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site contractor lead and primary point of contact for ONR government leadership.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight of an on-site contractor team of 10+ personnel.
• Assign, manage, and monitor task execution to ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with ONR rules.
• Ensure contractor staff support ONR S&T and R&D programs with business, financial, and operational services.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to maintain execution benchmarks.
