Togetherhood is seeking dynamic after-school instructors to teach STEM to K-12 students across Washington DC. Opportunities span 6 to 18 weeks per term, with pay per class or per student. This is contracted, supplemental 1099 work with a materials budget provided by partner schools.

What You’ll Do
As a member of our network, you will be matched with opportunities to teach STEM (including but not limited to Science, Coding, Math, Robotics, Engineering, Video Games, Computer Animation, AI) to K-12 students at schools, buildings, and communities across Washington DC. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.
As an after school instructor, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
Who You Are
A fun, enthusiastic, adaptable instructor, with experience teaching school age children, and who:
$90 - $120 an hour
Teachers in the Togetherhood network are paid per class, either flat rate or per-student (determined by the partner school). This is contracted, supplemental 1099 work. There is a separate materials budget for teachers to use for classes requiring one.
