SUNY Westchester Community College seeks a Part-Time Program Specialist (WCC) / Regional Resource Coordinator to support the New York STEM Hub activities funded by the NSF. The role focuses on coordinating workshops, webinars, advisory council meetings, and the regional conference to advance STEM student success in higher education.

You will manage contact lists, arrange venues and travel, handle stipends, assist with website and newsletter content, and help foster collaboration across the Hub

Qualifications

• Experience with digital platforms for outreach and updates.
• Proven ability to coordinate events and manage logistics.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage a growing contact list; schedule invites and take notes; track expenses.
• Arrange venues and travel; process stipends and reimbursements.
• Assist with website development; design e-newsletters and social media content.
• Support Division Coordinator in curating COP content and coordinating communications.
