Code2College is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support its mission of increasing minority and low-income high school students entering STEM fields. This hybrid role includes in-person duties for recruitment, events, and classes, and virtual support for courses across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of student participants across the United States, serving as a consistent point of contact.
• Lead student check-ins, monitor engagement, and provide follow-up.
• Observe and assist in virtual and in-person Code2College classes.
• Draft and coordinate student communications and reminders.
• Support student recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Track and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships with students, volunteer instructors, schools and other stakeholders.
• Participate in and support in-person events and workshops.
• Coordinate event preparation and follow-up.
