Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced physicians fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic medical tasks carried out in Spain. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and develop grading rubrics based on real medical practice in Spain.

The role is remote, about 21 hours per week, at $120/hour, with a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Applicants must have 5+ years of clinical practice, a degree from a top-20 Spanish university, and be licensed (colegiado) in Spain.
