Silicon Valley Education Foundation in San Jose is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the 49ers STEM Leadership Institute.

You will oversee admissions, data systems, instructional support, communications, and project management across two labs, coordinating with districts, teachers, families, and industry partners. The role requires strong admin skills and a passion for STEM education.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, clerical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and related data tools.
• Experience with survey tools, data visualization, and report generation.
• Familiarity with FormAssembly, Formstack, SurveyMonkey, Salesforce and Student Information Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating events and managing educational data systems.
• Comfortable working with youth in educational or enrichment settings.
• Professional discretion in handling sensitive student and program data.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Classroom, and basic web content editors.
• Background in STEM education, youth programming, or nonprofit environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process for students grades 6–10.
• Create admissions calendar and manage timelines.
• Maintain admissions records and coordinate with teachers.
• Coordinate with SCUSD communications and manage newsletters and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain data collection calendars and dashboards.
• Provide on-site support for events, including some weekends.
• Lead internal project planning meetings and track deliverables.
• Manage files, forms, records, and cross-functional communications.
• Supervise students during Extended Hours, events, and field trips.
