Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Weekends and evenings may be required for special events; some travel.
• Eight to ten years job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, budget, implement and evaluate precollege STEM programs.
• Lead state and district education partnerships administration.
• Set employee goals, assess performance, and provide feedback.
• Interact with faculty, staff, students, K-12 state education officials (superintendents, principals, teachers).
• Hire and supervise program staff and establish positive working relationships with clients, internal and external staff and consultants.
