Georgia Tech in Atlanta is seeking a senior program leader to manage and evaluate precollege science, math, engineering, and technology programs for teachers and students. You will oversee partnerships with state education agencies and school districts, and help set goals and budgets.
The role requires a master's degree, 8–10 years of related experience, and ability to work evenings or weekends for events; travel may be required.

Manage and lead in planning, development, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation of precollege science, mathematics, engineering, and technology programs for teachers/students. Provide program leadership in the administration of state and district education partnerships. May be responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. Interact with faculty, staff, students, K-12 state education officials (superintendents, principals, teachers).
SKILLS This job requires a working knowledge of marketing and educational outreach related program planning and design, especially as it relates to assigned target group of potential and/or enrolled students. Also required are skills in maintaining a detail orientation, organization, presentation, customer relations and communications.
