Job summary

This role requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and students while aligning program outcomes with the university's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Overnight travel required for project delivery; on-site daily service delivery hours.
• Three to five years job-related experience building long-term relationships with educational agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Academic Programs unit and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide project management for program-based initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Manage personnel; performance, training, and development.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis systems for the unit.
• Prepare periodic operating analyses and reports for senior leadership.
• Represent the organization at meetings and promote programs and policies.
• Direct operating activities within the unit and contribute to budgeting.
