Job summary

Virginia Tech is seeking an Engineering Education Lab Lead Instructor and STEM Programs Manager to plan, design, implement, and lead hands-on STEM programs for students, teachers, and the community. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or a technical field with extensive hands-on teaching experience.
• Eligible for Virginia teacher licensure in one or more subject areas.
• Experience in secondary or upper elementary curriculum and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and lead STEM programs for school-aged learners and educators.
• Collaborate with Virginia Tech College of Engineering faculty and program leadership.
• Manage teams of volunteers and research assistants and oversee outreach activities.
