Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Experience mentoring teachers and building positive workplace culture.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teaching staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, enrollment, and family engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with Texas Licensing Minimum Standards and related documentation.
• Build strong relationships with families and the community to support program goals.
• Support implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum with STEM/STEAM elements.
