Qualifications

• Minimum three years of center leadership/management experience in early child care.
• Experience with infants to preschool children.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, schedule, and interview teacher candidates.
• Conduct classroom observations and evaluations.
• Manage team to ensure curriculum execution.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety standards.
