Qualifications

• Experience working with kids preferred.
• Desire to empower and educate students in STEM.
• Reliable transportation, driving to and from respective programs is required for the position.
• Comfortable presenting to a group of students.
• Classroom management skills helpful.
• Strong time management skills.
• All majors welcome (STEM background not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead After School programs (1-1.5 hours) once a week for 20-25 students.
• Foster confidence, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
• Prepare lessons, travel to locations, lead activities, and clean up.
• Attend mandatory ongoing training.
• Commitment of 5-8 hours/week; lead two programs when assigned.
