Job summary

Lavner Education is seeking an On-Site Camp Director for a summer program in Jamaica Plain, MA. You will supervise instructors and campers, ensuring high-quality delivery of activities while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

You will lead daily staff meetings, coordinate with parents and the office, and manage logistics such as lunch orders and schedules, bringing strong leadership and organizational skills to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Must be 25 years or older by summer.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPR certification and First Aid training completed prior to start date.
