Qualifications

• Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, 24V) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of PLC/controls/inverters.
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and monitoring programs.

Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician ready to take on the challenge ofmaintaininga state-of-the-artautomated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center? We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks.

Pay ranges between $30.90 - $35.00 per hour

WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts on top of the base pay and performance-based bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will:

Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.

Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.

Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.

Assistthe production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.

Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.

Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.

Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical rolerequired, five (5) years plus preferred.

Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.

Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).

Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).

Understanding ofwiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.

Proficiencywith computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary systemmonitoringprograms.

Experiencemaintainingmaterial handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.

Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.

Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
