Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Development Team for steering system components.
• Manage design, release, and integration of steering components into GM systems.
• Complete program ICDs, DFMEAs, and Peer Reviews on time.
• Oversee pre-production builds and ensure test readiness and milestone alignment.
• Drive Design Validation using FEA, modal analysis, and virtual builds.
• Identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
