Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
• Basic math skills enabling handling fractions and decimals
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Champions and enforces safe work practices across the warehouse
• Prepares materials and equipment for distribution and shipment
• Processes and fulfills orders accurately and timely
• Picks, packs, and stages orders with correct quantities
• Loads shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers safely
• Receives and inspects incoming materials for quality and damage
• Replenishes warehouse stock using forklifts or reach trucks
• Operates warehouse equipment efficiently (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks)
• Improves shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency
• Performs additional duties as assigned
