The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of warehouse experience, with proficiency in material handling equipment and order processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safe work practices in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.
• Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools.
• Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials; report damages or discrepancies.
• Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory using a reach truck or forklift.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials.
• Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.
