Responsibilities include overseeing contracts, payments, site safety plans, and mentoring project staff, with travel up to one year domestically.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of project management experience or 5 years of construction industry experience in steel fabrication or steel erection.
• Experience managing projects using multiple delivery methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Oracle Primavera, Tekla, and SDS2.
• Willingness to perform domestic travel for up to one year.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall safety, quality, scheduling, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned projects.
• Establish and oversee site safety plans and promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage contracts with customers, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Oversee monthly payment applications and monitor project costs and profitability.
• Supervise and mentor project site staff.
• Build relationships with owners and architects to support current and future construction activities.
• Lead investigations as needed and implement appropriate corrective actions.
