Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Steel Press Setup Operator to perform die changeovers, setups, and operate single stroke mechanical presses (70 tons and up) to blank, punch, and form parts to specifications.

The role requires reading OMS and job instructions, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement is essential. This position is on site and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using press machines and other machining/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read, communicate, and understand OMS and job instructions.
• Operate single stroke mechanical presses (70 tons and up) to blank, punch, and form parts.
• Perform die changeovers and select appropriate materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues or seek technical support as needed.
• Adjust and tighten hold down bolts, dies, springs, and pins; lubricate materials and parts.
• Complete production paperwork and report shortages; perform rework as needed.
• Maintain quality standards including first/last part inspection against OMS and specs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety protocols.
