Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Steel Press Setup Operator to perform die changeovers, setups and operate single-stroke mechanical presses (70 tons and up) to blank, punch, and form parts to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using press machines and manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read OMS and job instructions.
• Operate press to punch and form parts per specifications.
• Perform die changeovers and select appropriate materials.
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues or seek technical support as needed.
• Adjust and tighten hold down bolts, dies, springs, and pins; lubricate materials and parts.
• Complete all required production paperwork.
• Report work shortages and perform rework as needed.
• Maintain quality standards including first and last part inspection against OMS/specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
