This candidate will be responsible for:

1. Tack-welding using GMAW-P welding equipment
2. Reading and interpreting shop work orders
3. Fitting and tack-welding shoulders to rolled coupling bodies using GMAW-P welding equipment
4. Operating single shaft roll forming machine to adjust coupling body lengths
5. Selecting and cutting material to the size required per the shop work order by properly using the metal working centers and/or cutting tools
6. Operating the small and large plate rolls
7. Operating the Buffalos, V-Rolls and single shaft forming machines to manufacture coupling bodies
8. Operating the automatic shoulder welding equipment

Qualifications:

• MUST have steel pipe welding experience
• Must be able to pass a 6G carbon and stainless steel test
• Must be able to set up welding equipment
• Must know the difference between amperage and voltage
• Must have pipe welding experience
• Experience with a Miller Pipe Worx 400 is a nice to have
• FL experience is nice to have on a sit-down propane lift

Hours:

1st shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
3rd shift: 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $27.00 - $27.00 Per Hour

All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
