Our client, a leading global manufacturer in the industrial tools sector, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of heavy hydraulic attachments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Location: Two Harbors, MN

Pay Range: $21.05 - $32.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience

What's the Job?
  1. Perform GMAW/MIG/Wire feed welding to AWS D1.1 standards.
  2. Layout, fit-up, measure, and tack weldments according to specifications.
  3. Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to all safety programs and policies.
  4. Assist in documenting standard work procedures and provide feedback for process improvement.
  5. Maintain a safe and organized work area, following 5S standards.
What's Needed?
  • Good mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of weld symbols on blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to use standard repair and hand tools effectively.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral procedures and directions.
  • Experience with arc air welding is beneficial, but training will be provided.
