Job summary

Central Stone in Hannibal, MO seeks a Painter/General Laborer to handle media blasting and painting of structural steel, with potential duties in forklift operations and fabrication support. This daytime, Monday–Friday role may require some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable experience in media blasting and painting structural steel.
• Willingness to train the right candidate in painting and media blasting.
• Follow all safety and environmental rules, OSHA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental rules and OSHA procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment and production areas safely and efficiently.
• Media blasting, priming, and top coat painting of steel pieces.
• Assemble completed items and paint as needed.
• Communicate with shop management and team on safety, maintenance, and production needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
