Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology. Master’s preferred.
• Experience in steelmaking, manufacturing, industrial, or military technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operations including burden selection and process control.
• Evaluate operator and process performance and implement improvements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams focused on safety, quality, cost, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures to improve reliability and performance.
