The role requires electrical/mechatronic background, ability to read wiring diagrams, and basic PLC knowledge. Domestic travel within North America is expected; on-site work with international teams is common.

Qualifications

• Completed education as electrician or mechatronic
• Read and understand wiring diagrams of PLC and I/O systems
• Basic knowledge of control technology and PLCs (Siemens SIMATIC S7) and ability to load programs

Responsibilities

• Equipment Production & Installation: support project managers, install and wire control cabinets, cabling of machines
• Organize spare parts, sourcing components, and supplier oversight
• Troubleshoot Minscan operation and update equipment docs
• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Train customers on operation of Minscan LSC units and systems
• Organize deployment of spare parts and remote support when needed
• Provide customer support globally via phone, email, or remote access
