Qualifications

• Experience handling loading/unloading of materials.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe methods of work and report unsafe conditions.
• Move steel to/from storage and production areas using hand, forklift, or crane.
• Attach slings and guide loads; secure materials for transport.
• Lift up to 50 pounds for up to 25 feet; climb stairs/ladders with PPE.
• Configure load based on route and maximize load capacity.
• Read work orders to determine material needs.
• Meet productivity targets and communicate with departments.
