Job summary

Clinton Engineering is seeking reliable Construction Laborers for its Steel Erection team in the Clinton, IA area. You will join a field crew performing steel erection, layout, fabrication and assembly, including welding and operating equipment.

Work hours may be 6:30 AM–4:00 PM or 4–10s with overtime options. Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, and prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in steel erection or related trades is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; pre-employment screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in steel erection, layout, fabrication and assembly.
• Perform welding and other physical tasks as required.
• Operate machinery such as skid steers, lifts, rollers, and excavators as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
