You will oversee projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards while prioritizing safety on every site. You will hold weekly site safety meetings, coordinate look-ahead schedules, and participate in safety, quality, scheduling, and production meetings to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Read specifications and blueprints to determine materials needed.
• Coordinate with trades and schedule material deliveries.
• Address non-conformances and issue corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Hold weekly site safety meetings to promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate weekly look-ahead schedules for issue prevention.
• Attend on-site project meetings on safety, quality, scheduling, and production.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and submit RFIs with as-built drawings.
