Job summary

ProcessBarron is seeking a Steam Turbine Aftermarket Parts Specialist to support the growth of our aftermarket parts business. You will identify customer needs, develop accurate quotations, and support Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process.

The role requires strong steam turbine product knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to deliver timely, cost-effective aftermarket solutions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal and quotation development.
• 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Managers in identifying and developing aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Review equipment records and BOMs to identify replacement part opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations for steam turbine replacement parts and related services.
• Develop professional customer proposals and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate pricing and proposal development with sourcing, engineering, estimating, and operations teams.
