Based onsite in Cape Coral, FL, the role leads the sales organization across service, repair, and aftermarket parts/manufacturing solutions with regular travel to Melrose Park, IL. You will build and develop a high-performing sales team, nurture strategic customer relationships in the power generation sector, and drive growth to meet aggressive revenue targets and KPIs over the next

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background beneficial in technical service environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the overall sales strategy for turbine service, repair, and aftermarket parts/manufacturing solutions.
• Drive order intake and revenue growth across all business areas.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor pipeline health, close rates, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead monthly sales meetings, quarterly objectives, target opportunity reviews, and key account reviews.
• Ensure sales managers consistently achieve established KPIs and revenue goals.
• Lead and develop managers for inside sales, outside sales, and parts teams.
