We are looking for a **hands-on Steam Turbine Field Service professional** to take ownership of field service activities and help build a growing service organization.
This is **not a traditional management-only position** . The successful candidate will initially operate as an **individual contributor**, working directly with customers and supporting steam turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls. As the business grows, this person will help recruit, develop and build a field service team underneath them.
The ideal candidate has strong, recent **hands-on steam turbine field service experience** and is comfortable working independently before building and leading a team.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are **currently or recently hands-on with steam turbine field service work**.
Candidates whose recent experience is primarily **management, administration or team supervision without current technical/field involvement** will not be the right fit.
You should be comfortable starting as an **individual contributor** , personally supporting customer projects and field activities, and then **building a team around yourself as the business grows**.
This position offers the opportunity to help **build the field service organization from the ground up**.
Initially, you will be responsible for technical field service, customer relationships, business generation, service partners and project execution. As the order book develops, you will have the opportunity to recruit and develop your own field service team.
