Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct field service experience with steam turbines.
• Hands-on experience in steam turbine maintenance, repair or overhaul.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving ability.
• Experience working at customer sites and taking ownership of field assignments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Strong customer communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or support steam turbine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and overhaul activities.
• Serve as primary technical/customer contact for field service assignments.
• Travel to customer sites for inspections, outages, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Develop field service plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and service partners as required.
• Build customer relationships and participate in customer meetings and proposals.
