Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required; some licenses may be needed.
• Experience in steam/condensate systems and related equipment preferred.
• Back-flow certification or equivalent license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform repair and preventive maintenance of steam distribution and condensate return systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance across campus systems.
• Maintain heating systems and perform pump/motor repairs.
• Carry out welding tasks as required and address plumbing needs.
• Handle administrative duties related to maintenance work.
