Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with boilers, pumps and steam distribution preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam distribution systems and boilers to supply campus buildings.
• Monitor gauges and charts to ensure proper boiler operation.
• Inspect equipment for leaks and malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily operation logs and safety records.
• Assemble or secure pipes, fittings and valves according to specifications.
• Coordinate with DFM team to schedule maintenance activities.
