Qualifications

• Teaching experience in STEAM, preferably K-8.
• Experience with tinkering, making, and design thinking.
• Strong rapport with children and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with coding and digital design tools.

Responsibilities

• Model problem-based learning and design thinking in class.
• Establish and maintain an Innovation Lab.
• Teach K-8 Innovation, Design and robotics.
• Guide students through ideation, prototyping and testing.
• Train students and faculty on Innovation Lab tools.
• Oversee and troubleshoot tech tools (3D printers, laser cutters, robotics kits).
• Collaborate to integrate design-based ideas into cross-curricular projects.
