Job summary

Kids in Tech prepares students from under-resourced schools for the future by increasing access to high-quality STEAM education. Through hands-on learning experiences, students build skills in technology, engineering, coding, computational thinking, and digital literacy while developing confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

The SPARK AmeriCorps Program provides direct service to elementary and middle school students through school-day academic support and after-school STEAM

Qualifications

• Applicants should be passionate about education and youth development.
• Ability to support hands-on STEAM activities with elementary and middle school students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with schools and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to students through school-day and after-school STEM enrichment.
• Tutor individuals and small groups; reinforce classroom instruction and project work.
• Prepare instructional materials and participate in orientation and training.
